For a medical examination, the patient normally goes to its trusted doctor. However, in case of very real need, if the practice of the family doctor is closed, the patient has the possibility to go to one of the other doctors’ practice with its health insurance card, observing the opening hours.
Every friday afternoon from 16.00 to 19.00 the Medical Association doctors Claudio Ardenghi, Giuliano Bonet, Giovanna Capraro, Flaviano Jang, Cristiano Piechele e Valerio Silva provide by turn medical care assistance at the practice in via Vecchia 11 in Mezzano.
In addition to the opening hours of the local doctors’ offices, health care is guaranteed by the emergency medical care at the Local Health Unit of Tonadico, and at the practice of San Martino di Castrozza (only during the winter season, form Christmas to Easter and in july adn august).
